We are asking the Council to take a long-term view of the impact on the Spike Island and Harbourside communities if planning permission continues to be granted to large-scale developments (several in construction, many others in the pipeline) without adequate investment in green spaces, flood risk, infrastructure, healthcare and other essential services.
